Five weeks ago Lisa applied permanent eyeliner to my upper lids. I am very fair with blue eyes so she used a steel blue ink. MY EYES ARE BEAUTIFUL! The first thing people ask is did it hurt? If you have had a previous tat it doesn't feel like that! It didn't hurt but it was annoying. She took her time and stopped often to let me catch my breath. It took several days for my lids to heal, no pain just slight swelling. I HIGHLY recommend Lisa to do your permanent makeup. Next week I will see Lisa for my touch up. I plan to have... read more
