Today, I got my haircut cut and colored and my daughter (5 y/o) and got hers cut by Autley. She was fantastic in every way. When I got there we talked about what I wanted for my color and cut and it came out exactly like I wanted, this is in spite of my inability to really explain it…I said something like “lighter, natural, low maintenance,” and she immediately knew the vibe and nailed it. My very first experience was amazing. The cut was perfect, but the stylist was on maternity leave. I rescheduled with another stylist. I Had my hair cut three time in a month and a half because the first time I left and still had split ends in my layers. Went back for a redo a few days later, still very bad experience. My hair was not right so I scheduled at a different location with another stylist. The cut turned out a little better but still not what I asked for.
