I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Farrell and her team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Everyone was extremely professional, kind, and truly focused on delivering exceptional care. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. I drove two hours to see Dr. Farrell — and it was absolutely worth it. I consider myself conservative but open-minded to suggestions, and she was the perfect fit. Her knowledge, honesty, and ability to communicate options clearly is truly priceless. Highly recommend!

I had a mixed experience with Dr Farell. I came in for both Botox and dermal fillers. The Botox treatment was excellent — very natural-looking results with smooth application and no issues at all. I was really happy with that part of my visit. However, I was less satisfied with the filler treatment, particularly in the temples. Unfortunately, the filler was not placed correctly and resulted in noticeable lumps that didn’t smooth out over time. It left me feeling self-conscious, and I later had to seek a correction elsewhere.... read more

In 2024, I had my initial consultation with Dr. Farrell following a traumatic Botox, Sculptra, and filler treatment. While she was kind and supportive, she was unable to assist me in resolving or reversing the issues caused by another technician. Despite my emotional distress, she provided me with a box of tissues and advised me to be patient and wait for the treatments to wear off my face.
