I’ve been a member at Natura for several years. My monthly customized facials with Casey have dramatically improved my skin texture and helped with chronic hormonal acne. In addition to facials, I’ve had waxing services, used the sauna, had eyelash lifts, etc and have always had wonderful results. All of the staff are super knowledgeable about their services and products. The space is beautiful and welcoming. I truly cannot recommend Casey and Natura enough!
Been to this salon a few times, all great experiences. Had multiple types of facials all have been wonderful. Recently went to Sarah for a wax. OMG she was amazingg never got such a painless Brazilian wax … totally recommend! Space at the salon is so serene five stars isn’t enough.
This is my favorite place to go for a facial treatment in the Buffalo area! Although I live 40 minutes from their location, they are the only place I book for facial treatments. They offer a variety of amazing add-ons and during my last visit, I experienced their incredibly relaxing red light sauna. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and I feel relaxed the moment I arrive. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment today!
Casey and her team are great. I go for a monthly facial and often other services like laser treatments. The team is always pleasant, the space is super clean and beautiful. Love having them in my neighborhood.
Everything about Natura feels lovely from the moment you walk in and only gets better from there! I’ve always received very individualized treatment tailored to just what my skin needs. Everything is immaculate and cozy-feeling. I have had facials, dermaplaning, used the sauna, and shopped the boutique. I always leave with my skin looking perfect and glowy!
