No stars honestly. I had an appointment scheduled for 5 I called to confirm that it was in person. I arrived 15 minutes early. I waited over 45 minutes and was never seen. I even talked to another employee who said they would let my therapist know I was there and nothing. I am beyond upset.
Michele Weyrauch has been my counselor and I highly recommend her. She takes time to listen to my issues and gives feedback for my preference and cares that I am on the right track. I have been to other counselors but Michele is pleasant and I feel like she has the knowledge I need in my situation. Her attitude is to care about my needs and help me. Patty
These stars are well deserved! I have struggled for years finding a medication management Dr who actually listens to me, as well as explains things in ways I can understand. Very thankful for Loren, & the staff here everyone is amazing and respectful!!
I have been seeing Kassandra for a couple years now and she’s been nothing less than amazing. She has helped me leaps and bounds with my mental health. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of mental health and I would recommend her to anyone.
