RecommendedI can't imagine a better place to go for an eye exam and new pair of glasses. The frame selection is extensive and the staff is extraordinarily professional. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my optical needs.
I made an appointment back on November 28. Today, the day before my appointment that I have waited 3 ½ weeks on, the office called to tell me that they no longer accept my insurance. I’m fuming 😤 as it’s a pain in the butt to get an appointment anywhere. Now, I just start all over again. I even called to make sure my insurance was accepted in this office before I ever even scheduled the appointment. What a crap way to do business, waiting until the appointment to call and tell me this.
Love this place. Everyone was so nice and made it fun to be there. Desiree and Sarah have impeccable taste and make sure you find frames that are not only fashionable, but fit your personal style as well. They will make sure you leave feeling happy with your purchase.
First time patient - never going to another optometrist! Dr. Nakamura was fantastic and the office staff was so helpful! The selection was fantastic too!
