Dr Natividad is very professional and provides individual service. He does not rush through the examination process and ensures all of your questions are answered.
The staff was friendly and projected a very positive and professional demeanor. My wait time was minimal and once I was taken into the examination/consultation room I received immediate attention from the technicians and soon thereafter saw and spoke with Dr. Natividad. The doctor was friendly and engaging, he thoroughly reviewed my x-rays and proceeded to explain in great detail the results and prognosis. On April 22, 2020 was my first appointment with Dr. Natividad, I was extremely happy with his an team service. He is very professional, very nice, takes his time to explain your medical needs, very caring and you can tell the great team he has from the front office, medical assistants, x ray tech, and NP Baca, awesome customer service, and very friendly team.
