- Recently my partner and I went to Natividad Emeregency room for medical attention. The place was amazingly busy. --- However, after coming home, and some three weeks later, we each received an invoice for services. The invoices did not include payments to our supplemental insurance company. Natividad ER is the worse of the worse. My daughter had car accidents recently. It was a very Severe accident. She had injured pretty bad with open wounds to her leg and face. She was in wheelchair since she got admitted, with no neck brace placed. She was drenched in her own blood. Her nurse by the name of Adam didn't take care of her. When arrived she was sitting in the wheelchair and a poodle of blood. Didnt change her bandage until I arrived asked someone to do. The worst patient care that I have ever seen. Sadly, nurse to patient communication is inadequate and practically non-existent, which severely impacts the quality of patient care. Nurses appear to be stretched out too thin or perhaps overwhelmed or overworked because we hardly had any type of nursing care at all. I don’t have the words to express how disappointed I am with the level of care at NMC. I just felt so impotent here; seeing my loved one suffer due to subpar patient care and not being able to do anything about it.
