I'm happy with the care I receive overall. The problem is now inefficient everything is. I've had to sit in a hallway for 3 hours to get an x-ray. Always bring a book. And come early not even 1 minute late. The doctor comes and talks for 5- 10 minutes and if you need an injection or anything you'll likely have to wait an hour for him to come back. I had a surgery a few months ago & it was postponed by 4 hours after I'd already given them my phone and glasses so I was just laying there being blind & not able to let anyone kno... read more

Very unprofessional and rude experience. Had a 9:45am appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time I was taken to an exam room where my blood pressure and temperature was taken. Still waiting after another 45+ minutes. It appears that this company has evolved into another cattle prod medical machine. People are treated like livestock! I can't recommend this place
Really bad experience . Waited 3 months for appointment . Shop up did all the paper work , they called me inside checked my blood pressure usual stuff nurse do . Only for her to leave and come back to tell me I was 4 min late that they couldn’t see me or help me . Really bad unprofessional staff .
