HORRIBLE STORE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. The owner is abrupt and rude. I had a problem with a pair of ECRU pants, they pilled after three wearings. The owner is the rep for the ECRU company. I returned them to the store and was told to leave them for her to see and she would call me when she came in. NO CALL BACK. I preceded to call everyday for the next six days and was given the run around. The issue was never resolved...no offer of a replacement pair, a credit adjustment or a refund, NOTHING.
