I was traveling through Twin Falls and was sitting at the coffee shop across the street. I spotted the tanning salon sign and then saw that it said Native Skin. I was outright appalled. Having already seen many different Native American appropriations in this town, I was saddened to see this too. The name of this shop alone is extreme cultural appropriation and a call for a new name should be considered.
