Worst experience I've ever had with someone in the service industry. Called Native Roots (Matt Hale), recommended by Home Depot (which is also very disappointing), to assess what needed to be fixed on our irrigation system after a lightening strike to our house. Matt Hale showed up late, walked around the yard and took my check for $75 assuring me he'd give me a quote. Top it all off, he smoked and threw the cigarette butt on our front porch where my small children use sidewalk chalk. I only needed a quote at this point for ... read more
