Husband got the wings over cooked and cold. I got the parm chicken sandwich the chicken was so rubbery I could not eat it. Won't go back!

I was seated and no one approached me or even acknowledged me for over 12 minutes. I was not offered even a glass of water, let alone a drink or offered to order food - worse service I have had in years !!! I WALKED OUT !! I don't recommend this restaurant/location to anyone !!
