Went with a group of about 15-20 last night. Yes a big party, but we called ahead and got stuck with one of the most rudest servers I have ever seen. She rolled her eyes, and huffed every time someone needed something......When we asked to order after she was taking the tables order, she huffed back with an attitude "I Have to go get a kids menu". Drinks were getting empty and it took forever to ger refilled. My wife and I ordered the Bonless Wing Platter and we both got Chicken Strips about 45 minutes later...........We jus... read more
They like to selectively make certain color people wait by saying there will be wait for a table. In reality, there are plenty of tables, just not for everyone.
Good staff nice place to be if you want to have a good time
My son and I decided to stop in for dinner before a Coyotes game. Worst service ever, waited 25 minutes for food and she delivered someone else's appetizer. Then when someone else brought dinner it was wrong. They asked what we ordered and said they would go check. Finally our food came and my sandwich was made wrong, but didn't want to send it back, might take to long. Never came to check on us to see if we needed refills or another beer. Will never go back again until new management takes over. Never used to be like that.
