They were really easy to work with and communicated well with prompt responses and quick scheduling. The tech did a great job with the install and was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely use them again the next time I need a windshield replaced or repaired.
I chose Native Auto Glass to repair my windshield because they are contracted eith my dealer and covered by the warranty. They repaired it without any issue, until the next day when. I attempted to clean the windshield and nothing happened. At first I thought I was out of fluid, even though the sensor wasn't going off, so I refilled it. Still nothing. No whirring sound. Very pleased with the service. Emailed and got a quick reply. Answered all my questions. Flexable times. Great waiting room if you have to stay. Windshield looks great! About 500$ cheaper than Safelite.
