Great customer service from this team, they’re quick to respond and very friendly - thank you Joe and Tyler! My vehicle had a unique situation to the rubber seal on the car and they went above and beyond to make sure it was installed well with extra attention given to detail. It was an excellent experience the two times we have used Native Auto Glass. They performed quality work, were professional, timely, and fairly priced. I highly recommend using them for your auto glass needs.
First of all, the prices are very reasonable. Secondly, and more important, the service was fantastic. From my first contact with Jaelee in the office, to Sam who came out to replace my windshield. When Sam arrived, it was raining, and he couldn't replace it at that time. He said he will touch base in the afternoon if the weather breaks, and as promised I received his call a couple hours later.
