Everyone was wonderful Short wait time Doctor explained everything I needed to know
I would go somewhere else. I’ve waited over 20 days now for my glasses to arrive; I ordered them on June 7th. As of July 2nd — I’m still waiting and have spoken with them 4 times about the situation. Also, they do exams over video calls ?? During my appointment the connection was spotty, so hopefully my prescription is accurate. 🤷♀️
Everyone was super nice and my appointment went very smoothly. Ky the tech was funny and explained what each eye machine would be doing. The doctor was patient and kind. Donna helped with getting my frames and lenses ordered. Donna is so easy to talk to. Overall a great experience
Love this place the people are so nice.
