I rec'd a call Monday night asking if they could come to my home to do an eye exam on my special needs brother, as per request from his PCP. I agreed and was told they would be here sometime between 12:30 and 1. She said the dr had an appt at a nursing home at 11:30 and would be over right after. At 3:15 I called the number that called me Mon night and was told the home dept is a different division and gave me the number to the gal who called. I lost the note with her name, unfortunately. Office staff very rude. When you call because your glasses are not in on the 15th day when the say 10-15 days then they say i am rude when i say it is unacceptable to be misled when i call. Not going back to them again.
The doctor was great! But after paying extra money to have my new glasses here in two days we were lied to several times. First was the woman who "took care" of us said we could pick them up on Saturday. We call that Saturday and get told they don't even get a delivery that day and get told we can be there Monday to get them. So here it is Monday afternoon and guess what?! They never even put my glasses in the system to be delivered! So now we have to wait even LONGER for a service to be done when we paid extra money for two... read more
Appt was at 945 it's now 1124 still waiting they need another dr. Please we have things to do who wants to spend Saturday at vision center
I HATE nationwide vision I have had nothing but problems with them from the beginning I get constant miscommunication from these people. Thank you I am picking up my prescription today and taking my business elsewhere & I'll make sure anyone I know is aware of how awful they are.
Great service...Dr. Was awesome as well...recomend them to all...
