I just experienced extreme rudeness and misrepresentation by a female employee of this business. I called to request a quote on tree removal when the company came to trim a neighbors trees. The first employee explained that he needed to send out an estimator to evaluate the tree, then switched the story and said she would have the crew leader speak with me. After severe winds my 84 yr. old neighbor had a pine tree fall on her house and car. Several attempts to contact tree removal companies failed. This AM I arrived at a place where I volunteer and saw Nationwide removing another tree that had split. I approached a Nationwide employee, John, about my neighbor's tree. John, left the site, met w/my neighbor, answered her questions and gave her a quote $1,600 less than a previous quote. John told her they would be there the same day to remove the tree. Nationwide Tree Service was responsive and were able to provide us with two options for our tree. The team that came to complete the work were professional and when they were finished the only evidence that they were there was the change in the tree - thorough debris removal. Thank you very much!

This company did an excellent job removing 6 very large trees. They responded very quickly to my call and gave me a great price. The crew cleaned everything up and were extremely polite. I would definitely recommend them.

My tree was destroyed during a storm with half of it landing on a neighbor's property and half of the tree still standing I was given a quote of $400 to cut the remaining tree, haul away the debris and grind the stump but they could not come for at least a week. in order t o prevent further damage a friend cut down most of remaining tree until approximately 5 feet from the ground.
