This company calls me repeatedly soliciting business. I have never contacted them.
They keep blowing up my phone every week. Never provided my info so not sure how they got my number. I’ve asked to be off their list multiple times.
Cold called my cell phone 3 times this week. I was polite and asked to be put on the do not call list the first 2 calls. The 3rd I was quite rude. No means no’
Nathan called and when I told him I wasnt interested he hung on me without saying another word. Thanks for not wasting my time but thats pretty unprofessional and when I do need my roof repaired, I will not be using your company. Thanks!
I believe in respect! If you are going to call me and do not know me and I answer....then politely tell you that I'm sorry but my brother is a roofer and you hang up on me so fast before I say anything else. That is rude and your customer service from the get go is unbecoming. You might need to take some different courses. Take a different approach next time. You catch more flies with honey C
