very impressed with this company – Their prices are unbeatable in this city. They also have a website for ordering online. I had one of their techs for an estimate on all new equipment. Not only were their prices way way lower than leslie's but their labor cost was also much lower. They showed up on the day they said they would and had all the work in a timely manner. Warning!!! Horrible Company – If you want your pool serviced or repaired, don't call this company. Tech's show up w/o test equiptment, have little experience, and no follow through. Over a month after the tech was at my house, I called to find out where my part was and ask why the tech hadn't shown back up when he said he would. Manager said he had done me a favor ordering a part when I expressed my disatisfaction with service, he yelled at me, told me they are a corportation and there is no one else to talk toand hung up on... read more
