Very Poor Customer Service – Very Bad cyatomer service. I needed and new pump motor, so took the one I had purchased from here a little over a year ago. I went in and left the motor on the service counter and got in line. I was not in line to long when asked what I needed. FROM A GREEN SWAMP TO A BEAUTIFUL BODY OF WATER! – I recently returned home from a business trip and found my pool had turned into a green swamp! VERY BAD SERVICE – BOULDER LOCATION THE EMPLOYEES HAVE BAD ATTITUDES, THEY ARE RUDE AND VERY COCKY MOSTLY THE MANAGER MIKE DAVIS, BLACK DUDE WITH LONG HAIR. BEWARE
Do your homework before getting their advise! – Pretty decent prices, although you can get them cheaper on ebay, and from the same company. Very cocky and opinionated sales ppl, make sure you have done your research and know what you are going to purchase. I doubt that I would ever hire them for service calls as I have heard too many negatives.
good days and bad days – Depends on which employee you get. It ranges from very knowledgable and helpful to acting like you're doing HER a favor by gracing the doorstep. SHE seems to be more interested in sharing donuts with co-workers and ploanning her latest disgusting tatoo then helping build customer rapport. DO NOT use Nationwide Pool Service!!! – Our pool was constructed in 2000. Nationwide was the service used by the builder for start up. Construction took longer than contracted, so our pool was not completed until the day before we were to leave on a 2 week Hawaiian vacation. poor (very poor) customer service – I called them on April 06, 2006 and i wanted to get a pool service so I talked to one guy and he faxed me the paper work so i can become a customer. I signed the form and send it back with 180.00 dollars so they can start service. But no one showed up to my house in Las Vegas NV. worst pool service in town – Pay for service and lucky to have someone show up. Broke equipment and left. Never answer the phone. When they did answer the phone they hung up on me when I asked to speak with a manager. He said I am the manager and hung up. REal professional service and customer service!
