Total SCAM!!!!!!!!! If i could, I would give them zero stars If you need a CPAP run from this place. When I was prescribed the machine I was with Aetna, Nationwide contacted me and advised Aetna would pay 50% and then there will be a rental fee for 10 month an will then own the machine. My insurance changed to Jan 1st, they are now telling me it may be more based on what the new insurance agreement is. Never mind after the initial 50% payment from the Insurance Company, I made the rest of the payments out of pocket.

Nationwide provides the worst customer service possible. I have called them three times. The first two I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. today I was on for half an hour finally their system said they would call me back--they did, but then dropped the call and did not call back again. This level of customer support is just not acceptable. I recommend you find another provider.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. I can't get anyone to return my calls. I tried several times to call them and was on hold and each time I got cut off. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I spoke with a Phillips'' customer representative on 28 Sep 2021 around 12:15:, I felt they were condescending to me. Then I spoke with Nationwide Medical and the young lady was a.breath of fresh air. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really cared about my problem. Such care was the episode of customer service. Phillips service would be rated One Star while Nationwide 5 Stars. Thank you Nationwide for making my day!!!!

Nationwide Medical has been my sole CPAP supplier since late 2008. They have been very good to me. Not always perfect but, I don't expect perfection. Just a willingness to try. Vanessa & Angelique were most helpful yesterday. They've been most patient and understanding when I was short on a bill have always tried their best to accommodate me.

Horrible Company to deal with. First order was sent the wrong heated tubing. Called and never received the correct one. Second order the same. Never received the correct one. Third order same AND received a CPAP mask I have never used or ordered. I chose this company because they carried BLEEP. Didn't receive correct hose or BLEEP this time. I'm done. I called and told them I need to return this final shipment and they told me they will mail me a return label VIA SNAIL MAIL! WHAT THE HECK? Email it. I even wonder... read more
