Nationwide provides the worst customer service possible. I have called them three times. The first two I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up. today I was on for half an hour finally their system said they would call me back--they did, but then dropped the call and did not call back again. This level of customer support is just not acceptable. I recommend you find another provider.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The customer service is terrible. I can't get anyone to return my calls. I tried several times to call them and was on hold and each time I got cut off. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!
I spoke with a Phillips'' customer representative on 28 Sep 2021 around 12:15:, I felt they were condescending to me. Then I spoke with Nationwide Medical and the young lady was a.breath of fresh air. She was friendly, knowledgeable and really cared about my problem. Such care was the episode of customer service. Phillips service would be rated One Star while Nationwide 5 Stars. Thank you Nationwide for making my day!!!!
Nationwide Medical has been my sole CPAP supplier since late 2008. They have been very good to me. Not always perfect but, I don't expect perfection. Just a willingness to try. Vanessa & Angelique were most helpful yesterday. They've been most patient and understanding when I was short on a bill have always tried their best to accommodate me.
Total SCAM!!!!!!!!! In bed with CareCentrix which is also a SCAM!!!!! If you need a CPAP run from this place.
I completed a sleep study and was prescribed a CPAP machine from Nationwide Medical by my doctor for sleep apnea. My doctor didn't know the exact cost of the machine, but he said it would probably be around $500 up front, and my insurance would cover the expense once I reached my annual deductible. I have a high deductible on my insurance policy, so I figured I might end up paying for the machine out of pocket. However, I decided to proceed anyway since I felt it was important to my health. After my doctors visit, a represe... read more
I am in NATIONWIDE MEDICAL **** and no one will help me. I'm going to have to call a lawyer. I'm leaving 1 star but only because it won't let me write a review with NO STARS which is what NATIONWIDE DESERVES. STAY AWAY.

I have been a customer of Nationwide Medical for several years. They sent me a cpap machine when I started with them, it was a DeVilbiss machine. after a while it went of the frits. could no longer use it. They sent me another DeVilbiss machine. In side the box was a note and a business card from a gentleman that mailed it back because it was doing the same thing his old one was doing. This one went bad like to first one. They say I have not had it long enough to get a new one. This has to be the worse customer service in th... read more

Hi Douglas, I am glad that you were able to connect with Dustin today and that your issues were resolved. Let us know if you have any further questions about your replacement machine as we will be happy to assist you. Have a great night! ***** O. CCO
Was not informed the machine was leased. Our deductible had been met for the year and we were not planning on the out of pocket expense. No lease agreement was offered or signed. Upon calling you informed us that the insurance would only pay leased equipment. If I had been advised of this we would have called the insurance company to see what our options were and perhaps postponed the delivery of the machine We paid the 1800 only to avoid collections. Consumer beware
Business response:
Hi Mark, The machine you received was verified by our Customer Service team and approved by your insurance company as a rental (or more correctly an installment purchase) which would run for 13 months and then you would own the equipment. At the time you were set up with the machine, in September of 2018, you had a very large deductible and then we found out your insurance coverage terminated in January of 2019. We attempted to reach you numerous times over several months in 2019, in an effort to arrange a payment structure... read more
