Had a wonderful experience. Driver was courteous and professional. Arrived on time and made a group of young ladies feel very special.
The 1Star would cover decent initial communication and the fact that a vehicle did arrive. BUT..... Rented a limo for bridal pick up. A rough looking white limo with another company's logo (OAK BLUFF LIMO) sprawled across 1/3 of the side of the limo showed up. Seats torn, gravel on floor, mud scuffs on door bride had to get in, dust all over every surface, wood pieces jammed around sunroof ?? to keep it in place? driver friendly but dressed in old jeans and T with trucker ball cap. The worst experience ever. At first he said he didn’t accept credit card so I felt my daughter and her friends weren’t going to get to their destination for her 21st birthday because I usually pay by C.C. then he said he only accepts e-transfer so I e-transfered the money and he called me while enroute to say he hasn’t received the funds. So I sent him a screenshot of the funds transferred from my account and because he didn’t receive he now wanted a C.C. my wife and I got into a huge fight and 5 minutes later she gave back ... read more
