I know sometimes you only hear about bad claim experiences and not enough people call to tell you when they have an Outstanding Claim Experience. Well – they did. Not only did the Adjuster show up at 9:00 am on Monday morning, but he also had the renovation company there at that same time. They accessed all the damage (which ended up being about $16,000) and then they began their process immediately. To make a long story short, by that Friday the work was 100% completed.
