Jon Richards from Lloyd Pro Group called last week because our home policy was renewing. He saw that it was going up and offered to shop our policy. He quoted the same coverage and was able to save me $400.00. I couldnt ask for a better agent.

I know sometimes you only hear about bad claim experiences and not enough people call to tell you when they have an Outstanding Claim Experience. But my husband and I have just had an Outstanding Claim Experience with Nationwide and I wanted to share it. Our washing machine overflowed in our laundry room it was a huge amount of water. Well – they did. Not only did the Adjuster show up at 9:00 am on Monday morning, but he also had the renovation company there at that same time. They accessed all the damage (which ended up being about $16,000) and then they began their process immediately. To make a long story short, by that Friday the work was 100% completed. Lloyd Pro Group has the best set of caring employees. Jon Richards has been my agent for 2 years and I couldnt be happier. Not only does he have my insurance, but he also has my parents, best friend and 2 neighbors. I'm not sure if this is a review or not. But I wanted to let anyone reading this know that lloyd pro group group cares. They are not one of those insurance agents who just take your money every month and when you have a claim they tell you to get lost. I have been a faithful client since 2004..My agents name is Markita and she is the best. I love that lady and she takes good care of me.
