Edit: Gave more stars as a kind gentleman called me back and apologized and made it right. Thank you! This is my third month with Gerber as my auto policy and what a nightmare already. They talked me into signing up for their auto pay and my second month their system UNDER charged me by nearly $100. To fix the situation, rather than contact me, they assumed to take the difference, divide it into monthly payments and ADD IT ON TO MY MONTHLY QUOTED PREMIUM!
