Only reason one star is given is because of Nationwide as a company. Brian K Stennett does not deserve even a half a star. He does not answer calls for the number he has listed on his office door and claims he did not receive messages. He does not keep appt times and will call late in the evening with no regards to inconvenience to the customer. After many years we were informed that they would not accept my 89 year old mother's Nationwide life insurance premium in their office with no explanation.Â

The lady with the glasses on was extremely rude and bossy when I was in there recently. I would never do business with her again.Â
I have never in my 67 years experienced the utter and complete incompetence that I have experienced with this company trying to start disbursement of my retirement funds. I could write a rather lengthy explanation, but suffice it to say that a process that is supposed to take five to seven business days is running over two months to accomplish.
