Baird Morgan, CEO Heather, I wanted to reach back out to you and confirm that I have received underwriting approval to reverse changes on the insured's policy from before the 12/14/2017 renewal. I have been with this company since I was 16 (I’m 33 now). Never had problems and never used my insurance before. Figured out a few months ago they never switched my status to married when I got married 7 years ago. When I brought it to their attention, I was told by a lady named Heather that they would do whatever it took to make it right. I simply wanted the extra money that I was charged returned back to me. The service is great and I’m hard to please, Shannon was fast and called right back like she said she would. I would give them a 5 star but have not got my copies of the policy yet, there might be a hold up on my phone since I do not use computers.
