I was unable to reach Nationwide Insurance and was so frustrated because I kept getting hung up on or rerouted to the broker agency. I want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to Olivia at the Fairfield office for helping me. She called Nationwide and was able to get a 3 way phone call made me to and get my issue resolved.
