RecommendedMichelle was great to work with! She was helpful and knowledgeable and created a great look with our new blinds. Steven was awesome, too! He measured and installed our new blinds. He made sure everything was perfect before he left. I would definitely recommend Michelle and Steven.
DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. I have filed an official complaint against them with the Texas Department of Insurance. They renew policies without consent even when explicitly told not to do so. They ignored my written requests to cancel a policy. They lied to me about the status of my cancellation.

I needed to change my insurance policy for my new job, and KNEW I was getting ripped off by my current provider. So I asked him (at 6pm tonight) to give me a quote with what I needed and he gave me that PLUS more. We now actually have a lower deductible, income loss coverage, free glass replacement, roadside assistance and our coverage doubled.
