Called in 9/27 to cancel policy, sent him an email as he stated. Never received a reply so I called him to verify because I was charged and he stated it had been cancelled. Fast forward to 10/30 and I’ve now been charged again and called nationwide direct to learn that he had never cancelled it at all. Agent is clearly a liar and too lazy to cancel after he said he would and is just one more reason I SWITCHED FROM NATIONWIDE.
Worst customer service . Switched to Erie insurance and they are saving me a lot per month. Getting more coverage . This place is awful to work with. Shop around before talking to this insurance agency! I wish they had a cooperate manager I could speak too.
