I have not had such a hard time getting the help I have needed before. I am not sure how these people were trained, but I can assure you they weren't trained probably. They are extremely unprofessional. They acted like my concerns were just a joke. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Do not ever use this insurance company! Truly after 32 years they have gone down hill. They had us paying two policies on car insurance, then we cancel our homeowner's insurance and they still trying to get money. Absolutely stay far away.
