Cole Hixon Insurance, Inc. will gladly take your money but when you have a problem and need their help their office employees provide extremely poor customer service.
I have found Cole Hixon to be very well organized and helpful. Any time I have had a question or problem they have been very helpful in getting it answered or resolved quickly. Don't know if there are enough stars. My experience would give them far more stars than just 5. All the people I have dealt with have been exceptional. I have never experienced a better or more reliable insurance agency.
I was in an unfortunate situation and stopped by this office asking for simple human decency and was met with unpoliteness and no regard for me as a person. I may not have been a customer at the time but if I were to go on the market for a different insurance, this definitely made sure I'll stay away from this branch.
