This man is a young man, but he is ill-educated and very rude. Since he only deals with non-English speaking or Vietnamese-speaking, he thinks he is god. Boycott this agency and report to Progressive so that the company will re-train its agents.
very bad customer service, Thanh is very ignorant, he failed to deliver his service in explaining policies. No privacy in his office. I was very upset when he failed to deliver his service and started to speak English to me, when he supposed to talk to my dad (his CUSTOMER too) who does not speak English.
