I pucharsed an Audi A6 from here. There was a noise when I test drove it and the salesman dale “oh that’s the tire rubbing the wheel well” he claimed to have fixed it. I test drive it another day and so sound so I purchased the car. A few hours after driving the sound magically reappears. Then the car starts shaking really bad. I took it back to the dealer within warranty time frame (because I had JUST purchased) they tell me I have to pay $200. I took the car to a machanic and this car needed major work! I had a great experience at Nationwide Import. The sales and the owner (Bruce) working here were far more friendly than other dealers. They were very friendly, professional and made the purchase process very smooth and efficient. We had gone to more than a few dealers prior to visiting this one, but we felt very comfortable with the people here and we came home all the way to Virginia with a 2015 BMW 5series. The sales consultant David was especially polite, attentive, knowledgeable and worked within our budget. No surprises... read more
Bought two cars. Spent about 80,000.00 with them. Took one car to be serviced only to be told we were lucky we didn’t crash. Had to spend 3000.00 to make the car safe to drive. Dealer response...”not their problem “!
