October 11, and our building still doesn't have the heat on. This is a common occurrence nearly every year that I've lived here. It was 36F last night! In response to the reply from Nationwide: The two times I have called your home office, I have not received a return call to address the issue I was calling about. I used to live in this apartment a few years ago and now they’ve been bought out by new management. I’ve been contacting nationwide corporation for weeks trying to get verification for my new apartment complex and no one ever seems to answer the number listed on Google or return calls on the voicemails left. I can only imagine what the Active tenants go through that still rent through them.

I recently ended my employment at the two properties I did Maintenance at. Not because I was disgruntle or angry. Simply because this company did not stand by what they said to be of most importance,I could even say they had any core values. The apartment in my eyes are not livable. They need renovation not just putting bandaids on. All is just my opinion.
