Initial meeting with Dave Markwiese went well. All communications after committing to the project were met with delayed or no response. We could not get Dave out to the house to go over the issues we had with the project in process. He appears to only be interested in the initial sales call and finalizing the sale. Miscommunications abound between his team, Dave and homeowner (me) as it pertained to room transitions and shoe moldings. I would not have this person in my home. Very unprofessional and rude. Poor service company.
I just had my new wood floors installed and I love how they turned out. The installers were great, and kept things clean as they worked. The sales guy Dave made the process super easy when he brought samples to our house to pick the look we wanted, and he helped find the perfect wood for us. I recommend them highly.
