This company is awful. In addition to extremely high prices, Im now in my second major outage across this entire LC community in just a few months. They have ZERO ways of reliably reporting an outage, not even an online form. How is this possible in 2021? You can report and track outages online with almost every power company, and this company doesnt even have a dedicated phone line for 24/7 support.
