I LOVE my new roof! I got the upgraded shingles I wanted (Class 3 hail damage rating). The crew was super fast, but seemed to have a great time on the job - which I really liked to see on a 90+ degree day. The owner & project manager were great people! My only complaint is that I got no notice of the supplies being dropped or of the crew arriving.
Nationwide Contacting is a breath of fresh air. I have worked in the multi- family industry for over 10 years, so I have worked with several contractors, but I have never met a team quite so on top of their game. Jay was my first contact, and his energy and honesty was refreshing. Then, meeting with Jeremy and communicating with other members of their team, I have never seen a contractor so responsive! They care about their customers and the quality of their work. Property Managers, this is who you want to call!!
Jeremy Reid was very helpful and professional with every phase of the roof, soffit, facia and gutter installation. He was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. We definitely recommend him.
Very Prompt and professional. Had other companies give us a bid but this was the only one that took the time to explain everything. Replaced the whole roof completely and it looks amazing. New gutters are seamless. I couldn't be happier! This company knows what their doing and the only thing i paid was my deductible!
Great experience with this roofing company. Jason Harper was very attentive and made sure all details were attended to. The roofing crew, themselves, were a great group of guys. I would use them again, without hesitation.
