Go to this location if you like waiting a crazy long amount. I’ve been to Hilliard close to home twice and had great experience this is first time going to dublin .…. It took 40 min they told me they were getting discharge papers and I went and asked nurses and they just said she hasn’t even put notes in. But if I’m ok getting it on my chart I can leave . I took my granddaughter to the Dublin Close to Home Center last weekend because she had an extremely deep cut on her arm. From the moment we walked in we were treated incredibly! The check in staff were so nice and had us all set in just a minute or 2. There was no wait at the check in desk. We were called back as soon as we sat down in the waiting room... literally no wait. Wonderful staff. Every single person took great care of my toddler, very friendly, gentle, and patient. Also had us back in the room almost immediately. We are very thankful and impressed with the care we received. If you’re with Dr. Price, you are in good hands. RN Kaden was very sweet and gentle as well
Stopped in for blood work from the laboratory on a weekday around 5:30ish. Check in was fine, waited about 15 minutes and then taken back to the lab. Grace was incredible! Friendly, professional and very efficient. My 11 year old daughter gets a lot of bloodwork and has had many bad experiences hitting her vein. She rated Grace a 10 out of 10, virtually no pain and super fast draw.
Was told the wait would be 45 minutes and we waited 3 hours. There was only one doctor working and not very many people in the waiting room. The doctor spent 5 minutes with our baby and we did not feel confident that she diagnosed the issue correctly. Nurses and staff sitting around doing nothing. Very poor experience.
