Words can't express how grateful I am to have this hospital near enough for them to care for my daughter. This is the only place I trust completely for my children's medical care. I've not experienced this level of care with any other medical center. Everyone I've had interactions with have been exceptional at what they do. Many of the nurses are professional and provide excellent care. However, some nurses and practitioners act in an unprofessional and disrespectful way. The billing is also very expensive. Even with good insurance, you may receive bills with duplicate charges for the same service. Communication is difficult because patients cannot send messages through MyChart. I will avoid returning to any Nationwide location unless I cannot find care from another provider.
The manager and several of the nurses are highly professional and provide excellent care. However, some of the nurses/practitioners behave in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
Quick service and staff also good .
