I've enjoyed my experience with Dunn Insurance Agency. From the on-set, I wanted to save some money on my home owners insurance and set up an automatic monthly payment plan. Ashley came out and looked at my property, and set me up with competitive pricing. Any time I have questions, they pick up the phone. Would highly recommend.
Nationwide is NOT on your side! High premiums, misleading agents, and poor corporate customer service. RUN to the Good Hands of a Good Neighbor like Flo.
These guys are awesome. Since they're currently one of the largest insurance companies with the smallest market share in Texas, their pricing is EXTREMELY aggressive. I was able to get 2 brand new cars and a brand new house, with a deductible of half or what I would have paid before, and FAR better coverage (umbrella for instance) for less than it was costing for just the two cars alone...like just over $80 bucks cheaper. I have been with Nationwide for less than a year and earlier this year I was in an accident. The accident wasn't that bad, and I was mostly just shaken by the impact. I called Nationwide from the scene of the accident while my boyfriend called 911. I didn't really know what to expect and just told the representative I was in an accident. I remember her tone of voice changing as she was empathizing with my situation and she assured me she would walk me through the process. Totally incompetent! After 3 visits and many hundreds of dollars later I still had the same issue. After the final failure I called several times and even wrote a letter. I was totally ignored. I hired a new company who found the problem in less than an hour! I would NEVER recommend this company! Tim Silva made no attempt to rectify the situation or to try and satisfy me and their technician Sam seemed to be "just guessing" and did not seem to have the necessary skills to determine the root cause of the problem.
