We are fairly new to Nationwide but the experience has been great. The best thing I will say is the importance they place on keeping you updated on the status of your appraisal. This experience great, better than few months ago. We needed an Appraisal Rushed for a Purchase file. Ordered on a Monday, received completed appraisal on desired Due date, Thurs. Was a smooth process, we're very pleased. Thank you!
Do not do business with these people. My lender says I have to use them so I am. They are charging me $845 to do an appraisal. I called four appraisers in the area and the highest one is $650. They also added a charge because my property is a rental and none of the appraisers in town add that charge. Can't get any help calling them because they are not appraisers. It's just a switchboard that hands off to local appraisers and adds $200 to $300 for making the call. Thanks, Bob Davis
