Three strikes! Absolutely NO customer service. They dropped my appointment the first time they were so come out. I had waited all day and then they lied to me and told me that they called and no one answered. They NEVER called my phone. They were supposed to call me the next day with an estimate on what I needed and they never called, I called them! They came and installed new wall buttons soon after that. I now have a problem with an installation on one of wall buttons, that they did a month ago. It is has been beeping ever... read more
