After two quotes from other companies, I phoned Wayne Dalton Sales & Service of COS direct on Thursday afternoon for a quote to repair my garage door. Not only were they fast and efficient, Scott was here Monday afternoon installing the new panel. He was absolutely amazing! He provided excellent customer service, listening to my concerns and allowed me time to share with him what the other two companies said/did when they came out to give a quote. Scott came out for a repair. He was even early. He did the job quickly and explained to me everything that was done. Cleaned up the mess and he was on his way. Really nice guy and did great work.

Scott was great. Our spring broke on the weekend and they had someone come out for a temporary fix so we could use it and then installed the new springs on Monday. Great service and pricing. Easy to work with.
