Trying to force me into foreclosure. Will not answer the phone. Will not send paperwork that needs to be signed. This is the last straw, I am getting a lawyer. Force me to pay over the phone and charges me an extra $11 a month. RACKATEERING!!
They are so far behind fixing and updating accounts that should have been fixed back in Feb 2021 it's now July 2021 and still not fixed and update . Several phone calls over these months and still no results and as of yesterday some of the rudest employees,,we are the ones that should have the attitude not your employees. Just fix our account and get it done already
