I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this office was unacceptable. The front office staff were rude, dismissive, and more focused on gossiping among themselves than assisting patients. The check-in clerk at the first front desk (dark black hair) refused to provide her name when asked and immediately became argumentative instead of allowing me to explain the situation.
