Great Customer Service Very satisfied will recommend to a friend. Great customer service. The vehicle was in good condition as the advertising mentioned. Fast and straight to the point. I was allowed to take to my mechanic for a check up. The vehicle checked out great.
Response unprofessional I was considering driving 50 miles to look at the inventory at this establishment before I read the response to a complaint on this site. Someone at this business needs to train personnel on appropriate responses to complaints. Making excuses, blaming and putting down a customer who stated clearly their disappointment in receiving information over the phone that was mis guided, is very unprofessional. This response truthfully makes the business seem anything but honest and forthcoming.
2006 Accord Great customer service. Simple and fast buying process. This dealer have a lot of great vehicles to choose from. They were truthful about the whole process. They answered all my questions and allowed me to take the vehicle for a check-up with my mechanic. I will surely recommend this dealer to my friends.
had scraches the dealer wasnt their. drove from cropis to see this car before i drove called and ask if the car had anyflaws or scraches had alot and 1 that was 2ft long. overall the car had about 7 visiable scraches on it
