The organization, DCF and NYAP have individuals within that do the most to being families together but many and the organization itself puts money into separating families. Not uniting them. Foster parents hey money and all kinds of help. Parents are left without resources. I have jumped through all the on fire good and over the ridiculous hurdles and will be required but not because DCF or NYAP choose to help. So far this organization has been nothing but helpful to me and my fiance with visiting our Son while we work on our case plan. Of course we dont want to "visit" our baby, its a problem on the test and therefor I must solve it correctly to pass the class. So it's difficult and unfamiliar and unfair to say the least. We are all in an uphill battle, we must fight till our lungs give out and the good Lord calls us home. Failure is not an option when it comes to this.
