I would not recommend. The whole reason I went through this agency was to have to hassles or headaches. I waited a while after I returned to cool down so that I could write a proper review. First I was basically forgotten about because the agent got busy when I first wanted to book, and then I had to keep asking is this done is that done because I wasn't sure what was happening, and to top everything off they forgot to check us in on our return flight, leaving my husband who has only flown once to sit solo on the opposite of... read more
